Sino Scandinavian Building Adviser (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (SSBA) is a trusted name in high-quality construction project management across China. Established in 2004, we are a team of over 60 dedicated professionals headquartered in Beijing, with a branch office in Shanghai. Our mission is to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective project solutions tailored to the needs of global and local clients.

SSBA specializes in full-service project management, covering site selection, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, construction supervision, and warranty follow-up. Our integrated and flexible approach ensures control over time, cost, quality, and risk — from concept to completion.
